SW_450010-03

Jasmine oil is a warm and exotic scent. In addition to the fragrance, there some amazing benefits for hair.

BENEFITS:

  • jasmine oil is used to tame unruly hair, and is ofter used by those with frizzy, coarse, curly, dry and Afro-textured hair. (Jasmine oil can be used successfully by any hair type).
  • using jasmine along with coconut oil has proven to be efficient for hair growth.
  • applying jasmine oil on the hair can also strengthen the roots, which helps retain length.
  • Jasmine oil when applied to the scalp can moisturize a dry and itchy scalp.

I’ve been using jasmine oil quite frequently. Mixing the oil in with my DIY Shealoe butter. On the past humid days, I’ve be using the oil to help maintain my twist out. Which have become quite unruly.

Shampoo & Conditioner: Jasmine water is awesome as a final rinse or even as a leave in rinse, great added with baking soda water as shampoo, great as a conditioner. And it leaves your hair smelling great so it is an awesome addition to your NO POO routine.

  1. Hmmm I wonder… I have Jasmine trees in the garden. A little experiment with Jasmine flowers infused in a carrier oil might be in order. Thank you for sharing!!! 😀

  2. I could always use something that will help me with supa, supa thick hair….I’m definitely going to have to try this out 🙂
