Going Natural Ain’t Cheap?

I read a lot of topics on natural hair ladies writing about how expensive it is to be natural, or go natural. I think otherwise, and this post just might help you save. Here’s why and I took out the calculator for this post (I hate math).

What I spend every 6-7 months?
• Horsetail Powder: $10.51 +shipping: $7.60
•Nupur Henna: $3.99 +shipping: 4.98
On Ground
•Castor Oil: $9.99 no tax
•Dabur Vakita Oil: $3.99
•Shea Butter: $9.99 no tax
•Conditioner: 5.99
Total: $57.04

While most natural’s spend this much on ONE product, I spend this much on SIX different products. My herbal powders are 1lb each. I use all six items fairly. Mixing these items together, and even have some leftover. I store leftover henna/horsetail batch in the fridge, and use the following week.
Sometimes, learning what’s going to work for your hair can be a pain. I had that probably, but I did tons of research on ayurvedic products, natural butters for styling my hair. This might method may not work for everyone, but its worth a try. Stick with your favorite products, but if it gets to much for the pocket, suggest giving this method a try. 🙂

God Bless beauties.
