Why Pre-Poo?

Why Should You Pre-Poo?

Simply put, using shampoo [especially shampoo’s formulated with sulfates] strips the hair of it’s natural oils [sebum]. Sebum is very important because it plays a vital role in protecting the protein structure of the hair. Doing a Pre-Poo/Pre-Shampoo Treatment preps the hair by adding moisture, therefore minimizing [in most cases eliminating] the harsh effects of shampoo.

Ingredients

  1. Thanks for this. How much of each ingredients do you use? Which brands do you use for the powders? This will be my first time buying them so I want to make sure I don’t end up with the wrong ones.

  2. Your welcome. I use 1 cup of each ingredient. If you have some leftover, place it in the refrigerator for no more then a week.
Good luck. I hope its a success. 🙂
